Make sure to setup your password reset capabilities for your email account.
Email accounts do have password reset capabilities, but it must be setup per email account by the account owner.
- Log in to email account link.mfedesign.com/mail or mail.b.hostedemail.com/?_d=mfedesign.com
Click on "Settings"
Click on "Password Recovery"
- Choose at least one method of password recovery – SMS, Email and/or Challenge Questions (you may choose to do all 3 methods). Follow directions under each method.
note: the password recovery for each method does not appear on the webmail login screen until the user enters a wrong password.
